Job Description – Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)
Job Location: Nagpur
Region Handling: Chandrapur & Nagpur Region
Experience Required: 2 to 3 years of relevant experience as a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) in the automobile or service industry.
Educational Qualification: 1) Graduation
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle complete Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) operations for Chandrapur and Nagpur region.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with service teams for customer feedback, complaints, and resolution.
- Conduct customer follow-ups regarding vehicle service, breakdown support, and service reminders.
- Maintain customer database and update records regularly.
- Prepare customer satisfaction reports and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and escalation handling.
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth customer support operations.
- Support customer retention and relationship-building activities.
- Maintain professionalism and communication standards with customers.
Required Skills:
- Good communication in English, Hindi & Marathi and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of CRM Software / SAP Software
- Customer handling and complaint resolution skills
- MS Office knowledge preferred
- Ability to work in a team and manage regional operations
