Job Summary:
GulfToWorld Migration Private Limited is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive sales performance, manage team productivity, and ensure exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in team handling, and the ability to achieve business targets in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day branch operations.
- Lead and motivate Sales, Business Development, and Visa Processing teams.
- Monitor sales performance and ensure achievement of branch targets.
- Track lead management, conversions, and revenue generation.
- Conduct team meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with management on business growth strategies.
- Maintain discipline, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Prepare and review daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and team development initiatives.
Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience in sales, operations, branch management, or team handling roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Immigration, Overseas Education, BFSI, Insurance, Real Estate, or Service Industry experience preferred.
