Telesales Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Explain company products/services and answer customer queries.
- Follow up with interested candidates/customers.
- Maintain and update customer databases and CRM records.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer onboarding.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong verbal communication in Hindi and English.
- Ability to build rapport with customers over calls.
- Ability to work under targets and pressure.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling preferred.
Qualification:
Experience:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in telesales, inside sales, telecalling, or customer support.
