Role Overview
As a Store Executive, you'll be the face of Uni Seoul. You'll help customers discover products they love, maintain an inviting store environment, and ensure every visitor walks away with an exceptional shopping experience. What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers throughout their shopping journey.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives repeat visits.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays, merchandising standards, and store cleanliness.
- Replenish shelves and ensure products are always well-stocked.
- Support inventory counts, stock movement, and backroom organization.
- Process billing accurately and efficiently using the POS system.
- Stay updated on new product launches, promotions, and offers.
- Work closely with the team to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations.
What We're Looking For
- 0–3 years of experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude are welcome to apply.
- Passion for retail and creating memorable customer experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, energetic, and customer-first mindset.
- Willingness to work flexible retail shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
