Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced and results-driven Sales Head to lead our Milk Products Division. The ideal candidate holds an MBA in Sales & Marketing with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in FMCG or dairy sales. This is a leadership role with full ownership of territory growth, distributor management, and field team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- Build and manage a strong distributor, dealer, and retailer network across assigned territories
- Lead, train, and manage the field sales team (ASMs, TSEs, DSRs)
- Identify new market opportunities and drive business expansion
- Coordinate with marketing on trade promotions, schemes, and new product launches
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market intelligence
- Prepare and present daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to senior management
- Conduct regular market visits, trade audits, and outlet surveys
- Resolve channel partner grievances and ensure smooth supply chain coordination
Required Qualifications
- MBA in Sales & Marketing — Mandatory
- 3–4 years of experience in sales (FMCG / Dairy industry preferred)
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in distributor management and secondary sales execution
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/ERP tools
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (regional language a plus)
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits
Probation Period
3 to 6 months (confirmation based on performance)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
