The ServiceNow CMDB Engineer is responsible for maintaining and governing a high-quality CMDB on the ServiceNow platform. The role ensures accurate CI data, compliant relationshipsaligned to CSDM, and effective integration with ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, and Service Mapping. The engineer works closely with architects, IT operations, and application teams to ensure the CMDB is a trusted system of record.
