We are looking for a professional Front Desk Executive who can provide an outstanding first impression to every visitor.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients visiting our showroom.
- Understand customer requirements and guide them through our products.
- Demonstrate premium audio and home theatre systems to clients.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries professionally.
- Schedule client appointments and maintain the showroom calendar.
- Coordinate with the sales and technical teams for customer visits.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure a premium customer experience.
- Record customer details and maintain accurate visitor records.
- Assist with general administrative and office coordination tasks.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
- Confident personality with a professional appearance.
- Quick learner with a willingness to understand premium audio and home theatre products.
- Strong customer service attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, spreadsheets).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Previous experience in front desk, reception, hospitality, retail, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
