About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Administration professional to lead end-to-end administration, facilities, security, infrastructure, vendor management, and workplace operations for a rapidly growing multi-location retail organization.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline
- 10–15 years of administration experience in Retail, FMCG, Fashion Retail, Supermarkets, Warehousing, or Distribution.
- Strong exposure to multi-location administration.
- Expertise in Facilities Management, Procurement , HO administration ,Security Operations, Vendor Management, Infrastructure, and AMC management.
- Excellent commercial negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership, planning, and execution capabilities.
The role requires someone who has managed administration for multiple retail outlets, corporate offices, warehouses, or distribution centers while driving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead administration and facility operations across corporate office, retail stores, and warehouses.
- Manage housekeeping, security, maintenance, transport, cafeteria, utilities, AMC contracts, and office infrastructure.
- Drive vendor identification, commercial negotiations, contract management, and SLA monitoring.
- Ensure preventive maintenance and uninterrupted functioning of all facilities.
- Monitor administration budgets and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
- Coordinate store openings, office expansion, infrastructure projects, and facility readiness.
- Ensure statutory compliance related to administration, safety, fire systems, and facility management.
- Build scalable administration processes and SOPs to support business growth.
- Work closely with Operations, HR, Finance, Projects, Procurement, and Leadership teams.
- Lead and develop the administration team while maintaining high service standards.
