Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Welcome customers visiting the showroom and assist them professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Maintain excellent customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Explain product features, pricing, offers, and benefits clearly.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Handle billing coordination, order processing, and follow-up with customers.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, display arrangement, and product presentation.
- Manage stock information and coordinate with the inventory team when required.
- Attend customer queries, complaints, and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain daily sales reports and customer records.
- Support promotional activities and showroom marketing campaigns.
- Ensure proper communication and teamwork with staff and management.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Smart personality with customer-handling ability.
- Sales and negotiation skills preferred.
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
