Job Summary
The HR Executive at SI Creva Capital Services will play a key role in managing day-to-day HR operations. You will help with recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and general HR administration to ensure efficient and effective support to both staff and management.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-cycle recruitment: sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating onboarding, and issuing offer letters.
- Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, leave, personal data, contracts).
- Assist in payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
- Address employee queries and grievances; act as a mediator when needed.
- Support performance appraisal processes and follow up on action plans.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with local labor laws.
- Organize training programs, induction sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Monitor workplace compliance, health, safety, and environmental standards.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR, preferably in the financial services, capital services, or related sectors.
- Strong knowledge of Kerala labour laws and relevant statutory regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Prepare and submit HR reports: turnover, hiring stats, leave trends, etc.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with HRMS tools is a plus.
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential matters professionally.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
