Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Service Associate (GSA) – Housekeeping who can join immediately and ensure the cleanliness, hygiene, and upkeep of guest rooms and public areas as per hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas.
- Ensure rooms are properly prepared and serviced according to hotel standards.
- Replenish guest supplies, amenities, and linen as required.
- Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and guest requests promptly.
- Follow cleaning schedules and housekeeping procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness of housekeeping equipment and pantry areas.
- Coordinate with Front Office and other departments for smooth room operations.
- Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently.
- Adhere to hygiene, safety, and hotel policies at all times.
Requirements:
- Hotel Management qualification preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Relevant housekeeping experience will be an added advantage.
- Basic understanding of housekeeping operations and cleaning procedures.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed and professional personality.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Physically fit and capable of performing housekeeping duties.
- Positive attitude and strong attention to detail.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Knowledge of room cleaning standards and guest service practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
