We are seeking an experienced Lab Specialist Engineer to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and support laboratory diagnostic equipment across customer sites. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with laboratory analyzers, strong technical expertise, and the ability to ensure maximum equipment uptime while providing excellent customer support.
Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and validate laboratory instruments and biomedical systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and breakdown maintenance of lab analyzers and medical equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair biomedical devices such as biochemistry analyzers, hematology analyzers, centrifuges, electrolyte analyzers, microscopes, incubators, etc.
- Conduct calibration, performance verification, and routine quality checks of lab equipment.
- Maintain service records, documentation, and equipment history logs.
- Coordinate with OEMs/vendors for spare parts, AMC/CMC follow-ups, and escalations.
- Support lab operations by ensuring equipment uptime and minimizing downtime.
- Train lab technicians on proper equipment handling and care.
- Ensure adherence to NABH/NABL standards, safety guidelines, and biomedical waste protocols.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or relevant technical field.
- 3-5 years of experience in biomedical service & maintenance, preferably in diagnostic labs or hospitals.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
