Office Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare invoices and billing documents
- Assist with accounting and administrative activities
- Follow up on customer payments and collections
- Coordinate vehicle-related schedules and office operations
- Handle customer inquiries and maintain positive relationships
- Conduct follow-up calls and provide customer support
- Maintain office records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email, Internet)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Previous office administration experience is an advantage
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
