Position: Customer Relationship Executive
Experience: Freshers (0–1 Year)
Location: Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming inquiries from potential clients.
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through website, social media, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
- Understand client requirements related to Website Development, Web Applications, Mobile Applications, Digital Marketing, ERP, HRMS, and other IT services.
- Coordinate with the technical team for proposals, quotations, and project discussions.
- Schedule meetings and demos with prospective clients.
- Maintain regular follow-up with clients and update the CRM system.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Assist in converting leads into business opportunities.
- Maintain records of client interactions and sales activities.
- Provide excellent customer support throughout the sales process.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over phone and email.
- Good listening and relationship-building skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
Educational Qualification
- Any Graduate (BBA, BBM, B.Com, BCA, BA, B.Sc., or equivalent).
