Key Responsibilities:
- Executing: Leading the operational aspects of the project, ensuring the plan is put into motion and that the team is effectively carrying out their tasks.
- Monitoring and Controlling: Tracking the progress of the project, managing changes to the project scope, and schedule, and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Leadership and Team Management: Providing direction and motivation to the project team, resolving conflicts, and promoting collaboration.
- Communication: Keeping clear and consistent communication with stakeholders and the project team, and managing expectations.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize project risks and issues.
- Quality Management: Ensuring the project's outputs meet the required standards and stakeholder expectations.
- Stakeholder Management: Identifying project stakeholders, understanding their needs and expectations, and engaging them appropriately throughout the project lifecycle.
- Procurement Management: Overseeing the procurement of necessary resources, services, and contracts to deliver the project
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a premier technical institution in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
- Proven experience in project management, with a strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset.
- Strong leadership abilities, including team management and conflict resolution.
