Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Staff Nurse to join our clinical team at Apollo Clinic. The ideal candidate should have strong clinical knowledge, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
The candidate will have exposure to multiple clinical departments and should be confident in handling clinical responsibilities, patient assistance, nursing documentation, and day-to-day patient care activities. Strong clinical skills and attention to detail are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide high-quality nursing care to patients as per established clinical protocols and standards.
* Assist patients with their clinical and healthcare requirements.
* Perform clinical nursing procedures and support day-to-day patient care activities.
* Monitor and assess patients and promptly report any changes in their condition.
* Assist doctors and healthcare professionals during consultations and clinical procedures.
* Ensure proper patient preparation and assistance during investigations and treatments.
* Maintain accurate, complete, and timely nursing and clinical documentation.
* Ensure proper maintenance of patient records and other relevant clinical documents.
* Follow infection control, patient safety, and clinical quality protocols.
* Coordinate effectively with doctors, front office, and other clinical departments.
* Provide appropriate patient guidance and support throughout the care process.
* Handle clinical responsibilities with professionalism and empathy.
* Ensure proper handover and communication of patient-related information.
* Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper functioning of the nursing and clinical areas.
* Adhere to Apollo Clinic’s policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
Job Requirements
* B.Sc Nursing / GNM is mandatory.
* 1–3 years of relevant clinical experience preferred.
* Experienced candidates preferred.
* Strong clinical knowledge and excellent nursing skills.
* Good exposure to different clinical departments and healthcare services.
* Strong patient care and patient assistance skills.
* Excellent knowledge of nursing and clinical documentation.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and the ability to use computer-based systems.
* Ability to work effectively in a team and manage clinical responsibilities efficiently.
