Job Title: Telecaller Executive (Fresher / Experience)
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and communication-driven Telecaller Executive to join our team. If you love talking to people, handling queries, and convincing customers, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
*Inbound & Outbound calling to potential customers from the provided database.
*Explaining products/services clearly and answering customer queries.
*Maintaining a daily record of calls made and lead status.
*Following up with interested clients to close requirements.
Requirements & Skills
Experience: Freshers are welcome! (0-6 months of experience preferred).
Education: 12th pass
Communication: Clear and good communication skills (Hindi & Basic English).
Traits: Vocal, highly confident, and good listening skills.
