Position Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Inside Sales Executive who will be responsible for engaging with company-generated leads, understanding customer requirements, and converting prospects into direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales. The role requires strong communication skills, customer relationship management, and the ability to achieve conversion and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with and manage company-generated leads through calls, messages, emails, and follow-ups.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Convert prospective customers into successful D2C sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers effectively.
Maintain accurate customer interaction records in CRM/ERP systems.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for order processing and customer onboarding.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
Track sales funnel movement and provide regular reports to reporting managers.
Handle customer queries, objections, and concerns professionally.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
Stay updated with product knowledge and market trends.

Pay: ₹12,500.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
