Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and business growth for our Audit, Accounting, Taxation, and Compliance Services. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and promote the firm's professional services to businesses, startups, SMEs, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
- Identify and acquire new clients for audit, accounting, taxation, GST, compliance, and advisory services.
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, and digital platforms.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service consultations.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Understand client business requirements and propose suitable service solutions.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for prospective clients.
Proposal & Contract Management
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
- Coordinate with audit and accounting teams for seamless onboarding.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
