Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic DevOps Lead to drive our DevOps strategy, automation, and cloud infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead a team of engineers, streamline CI/CD processes, and ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a passion for building high-performance DevOps cultures.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the DevOps team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement
- Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to enable seamless software delivery
- Build and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) with a focus on scalability and cost optimization
- Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, ARM, or CloudFormation
- Manage ntainerised environments using Docker and Kubernetes
- Ensure system reliability through monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions
- Drive DevSecOps practices, ensuring security and compliance across the pipeline
- Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve delivery efficiency
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis, and system optimization
- Evaluate and implement new tools, technologies, and best practices
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Expertise in CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Hands-on experience in containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, CloudFormation)
- Good understanding of networking, security, and system architecture
- Experience with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, Azure Monitor)
Programming & Automation
- Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Experience in automation of deployments and workflows
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Proven experience leading DevOps or platform engineering teams
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have)
- Certifications such as:
- AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
- Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
- Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
- Experience with DevSecOps tools and security automation
- Familiarity with microservices and serverless architectures
- Knowledge of MLOps or AI-driven automation workflows
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹2,400,000.00 per year
