Job Summary
myG India Pvt Ltd is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Human Resources team at our Palarivattom office. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or postgraduates who are looking to build a career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various job openings.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate follow-ups.
- Support employee onboarding and induction activities.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
- Update HR databases, reports, and recruitment trackers.
- Perform day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
