We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contribute to generating sales and handling customer queries. The candidate will be responsible for making calls, explaining products/services, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally
- Explain products or services clearly
- Generate sales leads or close sales
- Maintain customer records and call reports
- Follow up with customers regularly
- Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues
- Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Persuasive and confident speaking ability
- Patience and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets
Qualifications
- High school diploma or graduate (depending on company requirements)
- Prior telecalling/customer service experience preferred but not always required
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
