Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a PHP Developer at Ugra. The PHP Developer will be responsible for back-end web development, object-oriented programming (OOP), front-end development, and general programming tasks. The role involves working closely with the team to create, maintain, and optimize high-quality web applications and platforms.
The candidate should be comfortable using modern AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity for code review, debugging, optimization, documentation, and effective prompt-based problem solving to improve development efficiency and code quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 6 months in Core PHP web application development.
- Strong knowledge of Core PHP & MySQL.
- Hands-on experience with phpMyAdmin for database management.
- Ability to handle E-Commerce platforms, including payment gateway and delivery API integration.
- Knowledge of JavaScript, Ajax, and REST APIs.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP).
- Basic front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- Ability to effectively use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) for code checking and debugging.
- Writing optimized queries and backend logic generating documentation
- Prompt engineering for development support.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Experience with PHP frameworks (e.g., CodeIgniter) is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Experience Required: Minimum 6 Months
Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
