CandiClie Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to join our team for a structured 6-month internship program. This internship is divided into two phases: the initial three months will focus on training, learning, and performance evaluation (unpaid), followed by three months of a paid internship based on performance and consistency.
During the internship, the candidate will gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with applicants. The intern will also learn how to work with job portals, maintain candidate databases, and ensure smooth communication throughout the hiring lifecycle.
The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The intern will work closely with the HR team to understand recruitment strategies, hiring requirements, and industry practices, while contributing to achieving hiring targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in candidate sourcing through job portals and other platforms.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Follow up with candidates and ensure smooth communication.
- Support the HR team in daily recruitment and operational tasks.
Requirements
- Strong interest in HR / Recruitment / Talent Acquisition.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and eager to learn.
