Job Summary:
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining all production machinery, utilities, and equipment used in the manufacturing of Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB). The role ensures maximum machine uptime, preventive maintenance, quick breakdown resolution, and compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery. Maintain CNC Plasma Cutting Machines, MIG/ ARC welding machine, broach cutter, gas cutter, grinding machine and Eot cranes other fabrication equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, faults. Inspect machines regularly Minimize machine downtime through timely repairs and root cause analysis. Maintain air compressors, Maintain maintenance records, machine history, and spare parts inventory.
Required Skills knowledge of mechanical, electrical. Good understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices. Knowledge of welding equipment, motors, gearboxes, bearings, sensors, and PLC basics is preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
