Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) with strong outbound prospecting capabilities to support growth in international markets. The ideal candidate should be hands-on in lead generation, initial outreach, and opportunity qualification, while working closely with senior sales members to drive conversions.
This role requires high execution focus, consistency in outreach efforts, and a strong willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment, with an emphasis on leveraging Al tools in day-to-day sales activities and contributing to the promotion of Al-driven offerings.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Execute outbound sales activities across markets including Europe, Middle East, and US geographies.
Identify, connect, and qualify potential leads for IT services offerings, including Al-driven solutions.
Conduct cold calls and initial discovery conversations, and schedule meetings for senior sales team members.
Support proposal creation and ensure timely follow-ups to move opportunities forward in the sales pipeline.
Maintain regular communication with prospects to nurture and convert them into qualified opportunities.
Lead Generation & Market Expansion
Perform high-volume outbound outreach through calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn prospecting, and other channels.
Leverage Al tools for prospecting, personalization, research, and outreach optimization. Build and maintain a database of target accounts, industries, and key decision-makers. Conduct market research to identify opportunities, including those in Al and automation.

Collaborate with marketing and pre-sales teams to improve outreach effectiveness and lead quality.
Pipeline Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM systems.
Track outreach efforts (calls, emails, LinkedIn), responses, and conversion metrics. Use Al-enabled tools to improve tracking, follow-ups, and productivity. Ensure timely follow-ups and consistent updates on all assigned leads. Support pipeline building aligned with team targets.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Engage with prospects professionally through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
Build initial relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Assist in preparing meeting notes, documentation, and follow-up actions.
Must-Have Requirements
2-3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT services.
Strong exposure to outbound lead generation, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn outreach.
Proven comfort with high-volume calling and rejection handling.
Familiarity with using Al tools (e.g., for research, outreach, or productivity) in day-to-day workflows.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment with high activity levels.
Exposure to international markets (EU, Middle East, US).
Basic understanding of Al, automation, or digital transformation offerings.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
