Position: Nonprofit Accounting Specialist (Workday Experience Preferred)
Experience: 4–8 Years
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience working with US-based Nonprofit Organizations (NPOs).
- Strong understanding of Fund Accounting, Donor Reporting, Grant Accounting, and Financial Reporting.
- Experience in General Ledger, AP, AR, Bank Reconciliations, and Month-End Close.
- Good understanding of US GAAP.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with US clients.
Preferred:
- Hands-on experience with Workday Financials.
- Exposure to Salesforce or donor management systems.
- Experience managing multi-entity and multi-currency environments.
Qualification:
- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
- CA Inter / CMA Inter preferred
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
