Handle inbound student and parent enquiries
Counsel students regarding courses, colleges, and admissions
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp
Explain program details and admission processes
Maintain lead updates in CRM
Schedule counselling sessions and webinars
Build trust and maintain positive student relationships
Coordinate with operations team for applications and documentation

Good communication skills in English and regional language
Confident speaking skills
Passion for education/career guidance
Basic computer and WhatsApp knowledge
Ability to handle follow-ups consistently
Positive and learner mindset
