About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Telesales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating sales through outbound and inbound calls, nurturing leads, and consistently achieving sales targets while maintaining a high conversion rate.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on generated leads.
- Explain company products and services to potential customers.
- Convert inquiries into successful sales and consistently achieve monthly sales targets.
- Maintain a strong lead-to-customer conversion rate through effective follow-ups and persuasive communication.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide suitable solutions.
- Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve campaign effectiveness and conversion performance.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on call activities, sales, and conversion metrics.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Malayalam (additional languages are an advantage).
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and maintain a high conversion rate.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is preferred.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
