Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who can efficiently assist customers using our mobile application.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries related to the mobile application.
- Provide product demonstrations and app navigation support.
- Resolve issues by coordinating with internal technical teams.
- Maintain records of interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Deliver a positive customer experience with prompt and clear communication.
Requirements:
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic understanding of mobile applications.
- Ability to handle customer calls and chats professionally.
- Freshers/Experienced both can apply.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
