Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in the manufacturing sector. In this role, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to drive international client outreach, manage digital communication channels, and support market research. This is an ideal role for an ambitious professional with 0–2 years of experience looking to build a career in global B2B marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Market & Trend Analysis: Support the Head of Marketing in identifying potential new markets, target industries, product groups, and emerging business opportunities.
- Lead Generation: Conduct research to discover prospective customers and pinpoint key decision-makers within those organizations.
- Database Management: Build, organize, and maintain up-to-date databases of potential B2B clients.
- International Outreach: Connect and engage with global prospects via email, LinkedIn, telephone, and other professional digital platforms.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate international customer meetings, online presentations, follow-ups, and business visits.
- Collateral Development: Assist in preparing professional presentations, brochures, product profiles, and relevant marketing materials.
- Event Support: Help organize trade exhibitions, webinars, customer events, and other marketing initiatives.
- Digital Operations: Provide administrative support for digital marketing activities and accurately maintain marketing records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 0 to 2 years in Digital Marketing, Business Development, or a related role. (Freshers with exceptional communication skills are encouraged to apply).
- Education: Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Language Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are mandatory for coordinating with international clients.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing tools, MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel), and basic digital marketing principles.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
