- Ability to operate CCTV monitoring software.
- Knowledge of footage search, playback, backup and export.

- Ability to handle emergency situations calmly.

- Strong confidentiality regarding CCTV footage and company information.
Performance Indicators (KPI)
- Continuous and effective CCTV monitoring.
- Timely identification and reporting of suspicious activities.
- Accurate incident reporting.
- Proper footage management and retrieval.
- Timely reporting of camera/system failures.
- Proper maintenance of daily CCTV logs.
- Zero unauthorized sharing of CCTV footage.
- Proper shift handover and coordination with the security team.
Requirements:
- CCTV footage must be treated as strictly confidential.
- No footage should be shared with any employee, visitor, contractor or outside person without management approval.
- The operator must remain attentive during the entire shift and must not sleep or leave the CCTV monitoring area without permission.
- Personal mobile phone usage during monitoring hours should be restricted.
- Any negligence, unauthorized footage sharing or intentional failure to report an incident will be treated as a serious violation of company policy.
