Position: Graphic Designer

Location: Delhi NCR (Lal kuan, Gaziabad)
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating professional visual content for Tata Steel products, Vikrant Iron branding, sales promotions, digital marketing, and corporate communication. The role should cover both digital and print creatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design creative posts for comp site, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and other social media platforms.
- Create promotional creatives for Tata Steel products such as TMT, Durashine, Agrico, Tata Steel Doors, FRP Rebar, etc.
- Design brochures, flyers, catalogues, posters, standees, banners and hoardings.
- Create product-based creatives highlighting features, applications, offers and product benefits.
- Design sales presentations, company profiles, product presentations and marketing materials.
- Develop creatives for dealer meets, exhibitions, customer events and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain consistent Vikrant Iron and Tata Steel brand identity across all designs.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Marketing and HR teams to understand creative requirements.
- Create graphics for job openings, recruitment advertisements and internal HR communications.
- Edit product images and prepare professional product visuals.
- Create short videos, advertisement and promotional videos for social media, if required.
- Resize and adapt creatives according to different digital and print formats.
- Make corrections and revisions based on management feedback.
- Handle multiple design requirements and complete them within deadlines.
- Stay updated with current graphic design, social media and digital marketing trends.,posting,schemes,exhibition,design etc.
Required Skills
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator
- CorelDRAW
- Canva
- Basic knowledge of video/reel editing
- Good understanding of typography, colour, layout and visual branding
- Knowledge of social media design formats
- Creative thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines
- Good communication and coordination skills
Qualification & Experience
- Graduate/Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred; candidates with a strong portfolio may also be considered.
- Experience in B2B, construction, steel, building materials or manufacturing companies will be an advantage.
- Portfolio of previous social media, branding, marketing and print designs is preferred.
