There is a team comprising Android developers, iOS developers, Backend/Web developers, Web/App designers, Quality Engineers, and the Marketing team, which is responsible for product development and continuous improvements.
Job Summary
We are hiring Partnership Specialists (Radio & Podcasts) across multiple countries to help us expand our global audio ecosystem by onboarding exclusive radio stations, podcasters, and other premium audio content partners. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development, strategic partnerships, and the audio or media industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and manage strategic partnerships with audio device manufacturers, car infotainment system providers, music system brands, and OEMs.
- Identify and onboard new radio stations, podcasters, and other audio content creators to the Radio FM platform.
- Scout and secure exclusive content opportunities to strengthen our content portfolio.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with content creators and business partners.
- Negotiate partnership agreements and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding.
- Identify new market opportunities to expand the platform's content and distribution network.
- Monitor partnership performance and recommend strategies to improve engagement and growth.
Key Skills
- Strong network and background in the audio, radio, podcast, or media industry.
- Deep understanding of content partnerships, licensing, and distribution.
- Experience in business development, partnership management, or media relations.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple partnerships simultaneously.
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a global remote environment.
