Marketing Executive – Residential & Commercial
PGH Property Services is looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to help expand our client network and generate new business opportunities in the residential and commercial facility management sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential clients and generate new leads.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Promote facility management services to residential communities, commercial properties, and corporate clients.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned business development and lead-generation targets.
Requirements:
- Experience: 0–3 years in Marketing, Sales, or Business Development (preferably in Facility Management/Real Estate).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated with a willingness to travel for client meetings.
- Freshers with strong communication and a positive attitude are also encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
