- Greet and assist customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Maintain knowledge of products, prices, and promotions.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-stocked
- Handle billing and cash register (if applicable)
- Collaborate with the team to meet store goals
- Assist in stock taking and inventory management
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
Requirements:
- Minimum 10th/12th pass; Diploma or Degree is a plus
- Prior retail or sales experience is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality and well-groomed appearance
- Basic computer knowledge (billing software, POS, etc.)
