Job Role Overview
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will provide high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, ensuring efficient operation of the executive office. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle a wide range of tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Coordinate and manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling correspondence and inquiries.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare materials for meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Document Management: Draft, review, and manage documents, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Project Support: Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
- Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between the CEO and various departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an executive assistant or similar role, preferably within the non-profit or skill development sector.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing effective solutions.
