We are seeking a Desktop Engineer who is technically sound, customer-focused, and well-presented to manage and support our day-to-day IT operations.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices
- Resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues
- Ensure smooth functioning of computer systems and network connectivity
- Install, upgrade, and maintain Windows, drivers, and applications
- Respond to technical support requests and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor system performance and maintain IT equipment
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Hardware & Networking, or related field
- Hands-on experience in desktop support and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
- Strong communication skills with a positive, professional attitude
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
