We are looking for a polite and professional Customer Support Executive to handle customer inquiries, follow-ups, project updates, and client coordination for our interior projects. The candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with clients throughout the project journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, WhatsApp chats, and inquiries professionally
- Coordinate with clients regarding project updates and schedules
- Follow up with leads and existing customers
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently
- Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth communication
- Maintain customer records and daily reports
- Schedule meetings and site visit appointments
- Arrange daily site visits and client meetings for sales executives
- Coordinate daily visit schedules with the sales team
- Provide excellent customer service and support experience
- Assist in feedback collection and client relationship management
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
- Ability to handle customers professionally
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Positive attitude and problem-solving ability
- Hindi & English speaking preferred
