Samarth Jewellery Limited is looking for a passionate AI Agent Developer who is excited about building the next generation of AI-powered applications. If you enjoy working with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, and Python, this is an excellent opportunity to work on real-world AI solutions that improve business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing and developing AI agent workflows using LLMs (GPT, Claude, or open-source models).
- Build and test tool-calling/function-calling integrations for AI agents.
- Write, optimize, and evaluate prompts to improve AI agent performance.
- Support the development of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector databases.
- Create and improve evaluation frameworks to measure AI agent accuracy, safety, and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate AI agents into business applications.
- Document experiments, findings, technical processes, and best practices.
Required SkillsMust Have
- Strong knowledge of Python.
- Familiarity with Git & GitHub.
- Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and API integrations.
- Basic knowledge of Prompt Engineering for Large Language Models.
Good to Have
- Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or other LLM APIs.
- Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar AI frameworks.
- Understanding of Vector Databases (Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, etc.).
- Familiarity with RAG architectures.
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning concepts.
- Experience with Docker or cloud platforms is a plus.
