Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Engineer with 5 years of experience in construction project execution and site management. The candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality standards, managing resources, coordinating with contractors and consultants, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety regulations are maintained.
- Manage site manpower, materials, machinery, and equipment efficiently.
- Verify measurements, quantities, and contractor bills.
- Prepare and review BOQs (Bill of Quantities), estimates, and project documentation.
- Identify and resolve technical issues arising during construction.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety standards, and company policies.
- Track material consumption and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Attend project meetings and provide regular updates to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction site execution and supervision.
- Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
