Core Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Scheduling: Write, edit, and publish compelling copy, images, and short-form videos. Maintain a consistent content calendar across all social channels.
- Community Management: Foster audience growth by responding to direct messages, comments, and mentions in real time.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) like reach, engagement rates, and follower growth. Prepare regular performance reports to guide future digital marketing strategies.
- Campaign Support: Assist in building and monitoring paid social media advertisements.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on algorithm changes, viral trends, and new platform features.
Key Requirements
- Experience: Typically 1 to 3 years of digital marketing or social media management experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with social media management platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and design tools (e.g., Canva).
- Soft Skills: Outstanding written communication, creativity, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
