Area Sales Manager
About the role: We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to drive B2B wholesale growth, with strong ownership of distributor development, vendor creation, and end-to-end sales closure across West Bengal & Northeast India.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Identify and onboard distributors and wholesale partners across West Bengal.
- Build and maintain strong distributor and channel relationships
- Drive primary sales and improve overall business performance
- Monitor targets, collections, and market expansion opportunities
- Travel across West Bengal for business development and vendor meetings
- Share regular updates, sales reports, and market feedback with management
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 6–8 years of experience in wholesale trading or B2B sales
- Prior experience in FMCG / food industry preferred
- Strong experience in distributor and channel development
- Good communication and negotiation skills

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month (incentives additional)
