We are hiring an Academic Counsellor who is passionate about guiding students and parents while achieving admissions through a combination of counselling and sales. This is a Field + Office role, where you will spend part of your day in the office making calls, following up with leads, and counselling prospective customers, and the remaining part in the field meeting parents, conducting home visits, giving product demonstrations, and closing admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents about our courses and learning solutions.
- Connect with leads through calls and schedule appointments.
- Conduct field visits and home demonstrations to explain the product.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Build strong relationships with customers and drive admissions.
- Maintain CRM records and follow up regularly.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1-2 years of experience in Academic Counselling, EdTech Sales, or Direct Sales.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable with both office work and field visits.
- Target-oriented with a customer-first approach.
Work Schedule
- 6 Days Working (Monday Fixed Off)
- Work Model: Field + Office (Half Day in Office & Half Day in the Field)
- Travel within the assigned city is mandatory.
Pay: ₹25,312.46 - ₹40,387.09 per month
