We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced GeM Executive to manage all activities related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The candidate will be responsible for product listing, bid participation, tender documentation, order processing, and ensuring compliance with GeM guidelines. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain the company's GeM seller account. Create, update, and optimize product/service listings and catalogs. Search, analyze, and participate in GeM tenders, bids, and reverse auctions. Prepare and submit technical and commercial bid documents within deadlines. Handle order processing, invoicing, dispatch coordination, and payment follow-ups. Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams for pricing and documentation. Ensure compliance with GeM policies and government procurement guidelines. Resolve buyer queries and GeM portal-related issues. Maintain records of bids, orders, contracts, and reports. Track bid status, order execution, and business performance. Requirements Bachelor's degree in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience handling the GeM Portal. Good knowledge of government tendering and procurement processes. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong communication, documentation, and coordination skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills Experience in bid management and tender documentation. Knowledge of GST, invoicing, and procurement documentation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
