Position: Plant Head / Plant Manager
- Locations: Bangalore - RT Nagar | Koppala - Karatagi
- Experience: 8+ Years
- Salary Budget: Upto 60K (Koppala location)
- Working Hours: General shift (9:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Weekly Off: Sunday weekoff
- Leave Policy: 1 paid leave per month
- Salary Payout: 10th of every month
- Statutory Benefits: ESI & PF provided after 6 months
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the grain processing/manufacturing facility.
- Manage production schedules, output quality, and resource allocation to meet business targets.
- Lead, train, and supervise on-site supervisors, engineers, and machine operators.
- Maintain strict safety standards and ensure compliance with manufacturing regulations.
- Optimize operational costs, minimize waste, and implement process improvements.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
