Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Team Leader – Property Sales with strong
experience in the Mumbai and around real estate market. The candidate will be responsible
for leading a team of sales executives, driving revenue, and ensuring high conversion rates
through effective team management and market expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and mentor a team of property sales executives to achieve monthly and
quarterly sales targets
Drive end-to-end sales for residential/commercial properties (site visits, client meetings,
closures)
Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with business goals
Monitor team performance, conduct regular reviews, and provide actionable feedback
Ensure high conversion rates by optimizing lead handling, follow-ups, and lead closure
Maintain strong relationships with clients
Provide market insights on property trends, pricing, and competitor activities in Mumbai
and surrounding regions
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for lead generation and campaign
effectiveness
Ensure adherence to CRM usage, reporting, and sales processes
Key Requirements:
3–6+ years of experience in real estate/property sales (Mumbai market preferred)
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team handling or leadership role
Strong knowledge of Mumbai real estate landscape, micro-markets, and pricing trends
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments and meet deadlines
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Excel
Preferred Skills:
Experience in handling outbound real estate leads
Ability to train and scale new sales team members quickly
