Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Plan, manage, and publish content across social media platforms.
- Coordinate with content, design, and client servicing teams for timely deliverables.
- Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and reviews.
- Track social media trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
- Support social media campaigns, influencer collaborations, contests, and shoots.
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct brand and competitor research to support content planning.
- Maintain content calendars, approvals, trackers, and documentation.
- Ensure timely execution of tasks and alignment with client expectations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Understanding of content marketing, analytics, and influencer marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple brands and projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
- Digital Marketing or Social Media certifications are a plus.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
