Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior HR Generalist to support daily HR operations. The ideal candidate will assist with recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, HR administration, employee engagement activities, and compliance-related tasks. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Onboarding
- Assist in posting job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation programs.
- Prepare offer letters and employment documentation.
HR Administration
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Manage employee files and ensure documentation compliance.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and employee data management.
- Generate HR reports as required.
Employee Relations
- Support employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Address basic employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, events, and wellness programs.
Pay: Up to ₹360,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
