Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and acquire new corporate/MICE clients
- Handle group tour inquiries, conferences, incentives, and event travel requirements
- Prepare customized itineraries, quotations, and presentations
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, transporters, and vendors for best rates
- Negotiate contracts and close sales effectively
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel partners
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate operations to ensure smooth execution of events and group movements
- Follow up on payments, confirmations, and post-tour feedback
Required Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of domestic and international destinations
- Experience in group handling and corporate travel sales
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking systems
- Good networking and client servicing skills
Preferred Qualification
- Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Marketing
- Experience in MICE or corporate travel sales preferred
Experience
- 1–5 years in MICE, corporate travel, or travel sales
Salary
- As per industry standards + incentives
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
